I was connected to their wi-fi but couldn't get to web.

I've rebooted TiVo, modem, router, and phone several times and also uninstalled and
reinstalled the TiVo app but it's still refusing to see my TiVo as a streaming device.

She asked if I have another mobile device, so I booted up my Galaxy tablet and it works --
so there's a problem with the phone, even though it worked this morning.
