-- 7:42p - 8:12p EJB called after I left my phone number with the front desk.
It's NOT a smartphone. He was not given an instruction booklet and said he managed to
call me by trial and error. He says it's been plugged in for 24 hours and it's only
up to 22% charge. Since it didn't seem to come in a box, I'm wondering if the
social worker has used phones at his agency for this purpose. If so, I told Ed
that it might need a new battery. Of course, since he's not going to be
out and about with it, he could leave it plugged in when he's using it, although
there may be logistical problems with that. He said he's had trouble with reception
with other calls, but I said that could be the other person's phone. He and I had
no trouble hearing each other.
