They reported excitement about a new Starbucks being built on the SE corner of

64th & Cicero, and they mentioned how they hope it will open up the area to new

development.  I don't understand the hype.  There is a BK on the opposite corner,

a Dunkin just to the south and a McD across from that -- all places where you can

already get coffee.  There is a Lou Malnati's south of the McD.

South of 65th there is a Panda Express and Culver's.  On the west side there is

a complex of hotels and the sign says there is a Starbucks in there.  So, is this

new one replacing that one?
