The 2nd one had cheese but I wasn't that hungry so I just tossed it.
I should have just stayed home; Radar showed rain in the area but further south
but there was a mist in the air and it turned to drizzle so I didn't bike.

A series of gruesome murders with religious overtones rattles a small-town community.
It's very slow-moving. Reviewers seem to love the actress who plays the police detective.

A former big-city detective, relocates to a small coastal town to find solace, only to encounter a string of murders.
Based on the Alberg and Cassandra Mysteries by L.R. Wright.
~~ Harsh review said, "It’s a clunky, exposition-heavy, slow-paced and straight-shooting procedural that lacks anything creative to help it stand out from the masses."
I found that review 5 mins in, so I'm not sure I should bother, except the TV season is off to a slow start.
But it's only 8 episodes.
~~ The first mystery is that my TiVo recorded 1 hour and 4 mins and that's the length reported
by imdb.com, but it seems to have started recording 26 mins in. I know that I forgot to program
my TiVo to record it, but I thought I had caught it while the start was still in the buffer.
However, if it started 26 mins in and recorded 64 mins, why didn't it end 34 in?
Probably, the 64 mins was without the ads.
~~ The show is set in a real town near Vancouver. There had been another TV show set there
that ended in 1990 and there was a fictional restaurant, that has since become a real restaurant
that is seen in this show.
~~ There was a surprise ending and the show isn't that bad because the 2 leads have chemistry.
The main problem will be if there is another murder every week in the small town with a different
murderer. When it's a book series, you might not think that each book happens a week apart.
