I had tried to watch when I was sitting in garage earlier but my streaming app

couldn't establish a live TV stream connection.

TiVo said it wasn't broadcast, but it seems that it was.  Watching on Xfinity Stream app.

I had first tried to watch it on CW app (on tablet) but it said an error occurred with no further explanation.

For unknown reasons, it wasn't scheduled to record next week's episode either.
