--   1:15p  Woken by phone in other room.  When I picked up phone in bedroom, it was dead.

I checked with a different phone with a different cord and determined the outlet was dead.

I suspect the people repairing the siding did something.  I'm not allowed to complain about 

this because I'm not supposed to have any wires running on the outside,   I hired a guy to  fix

it, but he also wound up fixing my sidewalk and deck, but he only made the outside wiring

neater.

Biked 2 mi and talked to neighbor;  Also, saw that my phone wire was clipped outside.

There were seagulls AND crows in the parking lot.  They didn't seem to be bothering

each other, but the crows eventually flew off.

Lane Tech voted to eliminate the Indian mascot.  I don't really care either way but

it seems the consensus among Native Americans is that they didn't appreciate it, and I

had expressed that, because of that, they should probably get rid of it, which they now

have done.  I don't think any kind of mascot or nickname is necessary for a team.

BTW, I never attended a sports event at the school.
