When I came in, I heard a strong sound of water whooshing, but it quickly stopped.
I went outside to see if someone was using my garden hose, but I didn't see anyone.
I also retrieved a package that had been left on my deck. I thought it was phone books
but it felt like clothing and had my neighbor's name on it. I left it at his front door.
I went to the basement to see if there was anything down there, but I didn't notice
anything. I have to assume the sound was my sump pump but I only heard water -- I
didn't notice a motor sound.

It seems it was due to technical problems. Sunny "arrived" after 5 mins, and then Joy.
