Tried to update blog on phone and it failed again.  Reinstalled and it worked,

but then when I tried to add another update it failed again.  Then I went to

weather.com app and it also failed.  So, I don't know what's going on.  Is my phone failing?

Now my e-mail app is also failing on my phone -- except it happened while I was trying to

use blogger.  A search says "The issue seems to stem from a bad Android System WebView update."

I don't see WebView on my phone.

I decided  to reinstall Chrome, however, the warning says it will delete my data.  It doesn't make it clear the extent of the deleted data, so I'm afraid to do it.
