The show jumped ahead 5 years.  The daughter, now 23, has returned to town and the family

gets together at a restaurant and they ask her about her life -- as if there is no e-mail or

social media.  I understand that they need to do exposition for our sake, but it just seems weird.

~~  The episode started with a surreal dream, so, later, when we see that character in a 

self-driving taxi, we don't know if it's another dream, but it seems they're saying that

there will be such taxis in 5 years.
