I was about to watch this episode which I assumed I had recorded on Freeform, but it

seems not to have aired there.  So, I went to watch it on Peacock and it seems to require

a Premium subscription.  But then I picked an episode of another show which I had

already started to watch and it also requires a premium subscription,

~~  I googled and discovered that, without notice (it seems), that the premium subscription

that was included with Xfinity, ended yesterday.  If I had been notified, I would have spent

the weekend watching some of those shows.  I do not know why I never got a notice.

~~  Given that there is a writers' strike, this makes this a bad time for this to have happened.

-- 12:36p  It said that Xfinity Rewards members who are at Diamond level can 

redeem a reward to get Peacock Premium for free, so I logged in and found that joining

Xfinity Rewards is free, so I joined.  I don't know why I had to choose to join if it's free.

Then it told me that I AM at Diamond level (because I've been an Xfinity customer for so long),

but I don't see where I can choose to select this reward.  So, I logged off and back on

but that didn't change anything.  I tried to ask the knowledge base, but that didn't

provide an answer, so I tried to chat with an online agent, but it said that none were

currently available.

I figured out why I didn't see the notification from Xfinity -- they sent it to my

Xfinity e-mail -- which I never use.
