I was trying to get Bing Co-Pilot to admit that Trump's statement (about NATO countries

who don't pay their dues) to be objectively crazy because it poses a global security risk,

but, as usual, it refuses to express an "opinion" even though I was trying to stress

that it could be determined objectively.  I tried to get it express a probability of

Trump either doubling-down or, instead, claim he was joking, but it wouldn't do that.

either, because it doesn't follow its inherent task.  However, it did admit that Trump's

opinion on this issue is not commonly held.
