I think I came close to hitting a coyote on the tollway.

He thinks I was the 10th person he talked to who was looking for the Northern Lights.

Neither of us was sure what we were looking at.  There was no color, but the other

parts of the sky were clear enough to see stars.  If I was looking at clouds, they weren't moving at all

and weren't shaped like typical clouds.  But, if it was the aurora, it wasn't worth the drive.

I first stopped @McD across the street but the dining room was locked.

Luckily, the gas station was open and had a public washroom.

I was going to bike in my shirt sleeves, but decided to wear windbreaker.

On the way back, it seemed even too cold for that.

The app congratulated me for my previous points having successfully transferred to

their new rewards program, but then it acted like it didn't know me and wanted me to

enter my credit card info, which I did, but then it said it doesn't except that type

of credit card.  I don't think they realize that I'm probably never going to go there again.

--   7:26p  I signed into Naf Naf website in order to enter the receipt number to get points

for the order that I couldn't do at their restaurant but I couldn't find that choice.

So, I clicked on [Contact Us] and told them that they'll probably never see me again.

But then I saw the [submit receipt] on the app, so I did that, however, if I never go there

again, the points won't matter.

There was a lot of cars parked on the side of the road.  I talked to one driver who confirmed

that he was there for the aurora but was not part of a group.

After 15 mins or so, I decided there was nothing to see.

I stopped at a gas station in Aurora and there was a sign on the door that the restrooms

were out because of a water main break.  I didn't really have any time to spare.

I got to the gas station across the street.  A man had just gone into the single-use

men's room.  There was no one waiting for the women's room so I used that.
