This was a crossover with "It's Always Sunny in Philadelpia".  I watched 

only the 1st season in 2005 and it's still on.  From what I saw of the characters

on this episode, I'm not inclined to consider watching it again.  Luckily, it

wasn't required to be familiar with that show to watch this episode.

The episode opened with actress Thora Birch, who I've known as an actress since

she was 6, but I haven't seen her much since then.  This is her first appearance

in this series and she was dead before the 1st commercial.
