Her mother's name is Jennifer.

After, stopped to ask a menu question at Lazy Dog

and bumped into neighbor, although I didn't recognize her.

Later, when I talked to her in her driveway, she informed me that my neighbor

across the street is her brother.

They didn't mention it, but the photo showed he went to DMV in Lombard.

He did the test in the car that he was born in (on the side of the Eisenhower Expressway).
