They reported that the live version of "Rent" (which I recorded last night) was NOT live
because one of the actors broke his leg, so they showed a tape of the dress rehearsal
and it seems like they weren't trying very hard because they never expected anyone to
see that version.  It was the lowest-rated "live broadcast" musical ever.

The mobile weather van was showing an example of an unplowed side street in North Park and it appears to be going past the former home of Temple Beth Israel.  It says Elim Romanian Pentecostal Church, and I had passed a church with that name near Lawrenceville, GA, earlier today.  The one in Chicago shows an "Available" sign as of this past July.  There is also a mosque a block west that probably used to be a church

An articles says the congregation got authorization to build a new church on the site that was occupied by Monastero's on Devon.  I hadn't realized that the restaurant closed over a year ago.
