I started to bike before leaving but it started drizzling seconds after I started.

There was light drizzle when I left the house but it started pouring when I parked,
although it let up after a couple mins.  Then, when I was about to leave it started
pouring again.  While I was eating, the lights went out but it wasn't a problem.
They had no explanation.
