VT: Discovered the Silver Comet Trail, once a rail line, that runs 61 milss NW from Smyrna, GA,
to Alabama, where it continues as the Chief Ladiga Trail.  Together they are 94 miles making
it the 2nd longest paved rail trail in US.  At first, I thought it was a canal.  It often
seems invisible when it crosses underneath roads and many road crossings have no access point.

It looks like I could have biked there -- I didn't see any rain but I feel that I can't really
bike anywhere because the weather is so iffy -- and it's going to be very hot & humid.
