A guy in FL was given a ticket for feeding a bagel to an alligator.  He was arrested because
he wouldn't sign the ticket.  The authorities says that if an alligator is fed then it will
no longer be able to find food on its own.  That seems weird.  Another article says the
problem is that the alligator will lose its fear of human.  I didn't think they feared humans.
