For the first time, the TP aisle was noticibly sparce -- but NOT empty.
I bought a bunch of cold cuts -- something I hadn't gotten on any recent trips.

-- 10:35a  "The View";  A disaster occurred -- I dropped my TiVo remote and the
transmit light wouldn't turn off.  I took out the batteries but when I put them
back in, the light was still on.  I took out the batteries again and pressed every
button on the remote and then replaced the batteries and it seems OK now.
