I turned off my phone;  My watch didn't register any exercise while I was on treadmill.

I just wanted them to remount the rear wheel. But they determined that the bearings were shot. 

--   2:00p  Stopped for gas on the way home to pickup spare wheel that has flat and

then dropped off the flat tire at bike shop.

--   2:33p  Home;  Biked 6 mi around subdivision on bike with bad rear gears. 

--   3:07p  Leaving for bike shop to pick up repaired flat and then brought it home

and then headed back to bike shop.

--   3:46p  Started to bike 2 mi around bike shop on bad gears..

--   4:01p  Brought bad gears into shop;  They expect it to take 10 days.

--   4:15p  Home

--   4:31p  Leaving to bike on fixed flat, but discovered front derailleur was stuck.

At least I had 8 gears on the rear wheel;  Got vanilla cone at McD.

Also got a Coke, but when I got refill I realized that my old bike doesn't have a cup holder.

--   9:50p  Air conditioner started making noise.  It's done that before when the filter is

dirty but the filter seems clean.  I turned it off to let it rest.  Tomorrow is supposed to be HOT!
