First went to Dollar Tree.

I haven't used the BK app for many months but they were offering free breakfast sandwich 

with a $1 purchase.  The $1 would be a large coke at McD but it's a small one at BK.

~~  The app wanted me to turn on location services and it brought me to a complicated

Android screen to do so.  I thought location services were on for the phone -- it works

at McD.  But it seems that they brought me to the wrong screen to turn it on for the app.

And, although they have me a number to use at pickup, and I got a receipt for the 

credit card, it seems that the app doesn't tell the restaurant about the order unless

it can detect that you are nearby.  It doesn't send the order and say to the clerk

"wait until the customer checks in".  The restaurant is completely unaware of the order

but the corporation knew about it because they sent me an e-mail receipt.

~~  The manager gave me the order even though it wasn't showing up.

But it left me with a bad taste in my mouth (metaphorically speaking).
