Retired federal Judge J. Michael Luttig testified, speaking VERY slowly.  One post online

called him "half asleep".  That doesn't seem to be the actual reason for his slow speech.  I haven't

found evidence that he typically speaks that slowly.  I'll be waiting to see if the late-night

comics refer to his manner of speaking.
