Hulu is still choppy on both tablet & phone.  I rebooted modem & router 

and it didn't fix the problem.  The no-ads option doesn't allow me to download

the show.  So, is it choppy on purpose so that they can offer a solution -- pay more?

works on TiVo, it seems that it's not even worth $1/mo.
