It opened and it closed when I left and it opened again when I got home

but now it's stuck about three quarters of the way down. I can't see if

the spring broke or if it's just the rod that the spring is on.

but they didn't have record of me dealing with them and the website listed on the yelp page

doesn't exist and the website they gave me on the phone is a generic godaddy search page

so I don't have a good feeling about this.  They said they'd come between 4p & 6p.

with another company that has an A+ BBB rating, although it's not accredited.

It's been in business for 6 years and has no complaints.

This is complicated.  The "friend" has a baby daughter named Jenny.  He hired a lawyer

named Jennifer.  I've mentioned both before.  And in this episode we find out that the

FBI agent on the case has a daughter named Jenny (played by a Penny).  The FBI agent

is looking for a girl named Jan, but his wife is named Janice.
