There was a massive fire at an apt complex in OBT, apparently from a lightning strike.

First went to McD to pickup a Coke.  My cyclometer was flaky again but I used the app,

which registered 6 mi, but the cyclometer only registered 3.  I guess I need to buy a new one.

I had intended to get fish but I changed my mind.

I went to the bike department and asked for a speedometer. The guy  asked, "For what?"  

I said it's for my bike and he said he didn't think they had any but he pointed to where 

their accessories are. They had two boxes: wireless computer and wired computer. I picked

the wired one.  (I don't know it doesn't say "bike computer".)

--   7:04p  Home;  Total ride: 9 mi based on the phone app. But I probably could have 

estimated that in my head because I know the round trip to Pete's is 8 mi and it's 

probably a half mile back and forth to Dick's.   (Total 15 mi today.)

~~  When I got back to my subdivision I told a neighbor about my trip. And now I'm

sitting in my garage.
