The last time I watched an NCIS episode was in 2010.  I'm only watching this because of the writers & actors strikes.

~~  I like the original NCIS theme song and I wondered what this one would be like but it's a version of the same.

~~  The victim was a US Seaman and before NCIS arrives, his body is being examined by the

local forensic pathologist who is briefing a local police detective.  When NCIS arrives,

they argue about jurisdiction, but then they're called in and given orders by the

Australian Sec of State.  The local cop argues -- which is ridiculous.  But it's even

more ridiculous that his direct superior seems to be out of the picture.

~~  Even with the shortage of new shows, I'm not sure if I'll bother watching the 2nd ep.

I don't think I've ever met anyone with that name, but I've walked, biked, driven, and

taken a bus on a street with name, along with attending HS and eaten at at least 

a couple restaurants on that street.
