Doctor said there hasn't been a case of rabies from a domestic dog for a long time -- so I shouldn't worry.

--   5:05p  Arrived at Walgreen's to pickup Rx.

--   5:30p  Home;  Conveniently saw a neighbor who had made some calls and tentatively ID's the dog owner.

Rode bike over there and they were home and showed me the dog's medallion, which implies it's had its shots.

Also did research to find out if I'm required to report the dog bite to police.

Copilot chatbot made it seem that it WAS a requirement.

I then called the dog owner and informed him that it seems that I'm required to report it.

They could not say if I'm required to report it to Animal Control, but I'd have to call them

during regular business hours.
