This episode had a character, Christopher, who I don't remember seeing before but

there is no character with that name on the imdb credits.  It is the name of the

creator of the show, who is the showrunner and also wrote and directed this episode.

imdb did list one character, Chi-Chi, who is played by a Christopher, but has no

photo attached.  Copilot says Christopher is Chi-Chi, and, also, the "actor" is

actually the owner of Mr Beef -- the restaurant that the show was modeled on.
