I was blocking the alley but only one car wanted to get in and it seems he managed to get in

by going around the block.  I was adjacent to a private home where the family was 

sitting out on their driveway near the SW corner of Peacock Jr High.

I looking at the map.  I was 3 mins from my destination but traffic was terrible so I 

went staight instead of turning left.  As I was passing that street, I could see that the

problem was NOT fireworks traffic, but train gates that were down.
