When I first left it was drizzling so I drove to the restaurant.

I drove to nearby Ashley Homestore because it has a fairly unobscured view of the western sky

although there are too many streetlamps.  I could only see one object to the west and I'm

assuming it was Arcturus,  Looking around, I could easily see the moon.  I probably could see

Saturn, which was near the moon, but, using my binoculars, I was unable to see rings.

I could probably see Sirius, straight up, and I might have seen Altair to the south.
