I didn't think I'd bike but the wind was very light.

~~ On the way to McD, the rental car again notified me that there is low tire pressure, 

but this time I noticed that it was identifying the specific tire and it was the same one as on Jan 13.

I thought if I downloaded the app I wouldn't have to pay full price but that doesn't seem to be true.

It won't let you sign up for Pay-by-Plate unless you have a different e-mail than the one

you signed up on the regular system.  This was clearly designed by idiots.
