I couldn't go to Brown's because the local one has closed.  I was going to go 

to KFC but my coupons expired last week.  So, I've been meaning to try Byrd's

for a while, so, today seemed to be the day.

~~  When I got there, there were no other customers, and it seems that they make the

chicken to order, so that took more than 10 mins.  While I was there, no other customers

came in, and they don't seem to have a drive-up window.

~~  I checked how busy they usually are on Google maps (after I got home)

and it says they're busier than usual.  It seems that dinnertime on Wednesdays

is their least busy time.

~~  I knew that it was somewhat expensive, but the tenders were large.

It also comes with fries, toast, and a fountain drink (small cup, but self-refillable).

~~  They have at least 5 levels of spiciness so I picked the lowest one ("mild" just above "plain").

It was still much more spicy than I wanted, but it seemed to be mostly on the outside

and the crust came off fairly easily.

~~  I suspect that I won't ever go back.

I think Home Depot had the first Christmas ad I've seen.  But then there was an Etsy one.
