I just got a call that started the same way, but, after a minute or so, a voice came on in addition
to the buzzing.  It was difficult to hear but it seemed to be an ad about some sort of conservative
group event.  I hung up and picked up the phone a couple mins later and it was still buzzing.
I'm wondering if the buzzing is a problem with my phone -- the the specific call.
So, I called myself from my cellphone and there was buzzing.
