A reboot of show from (1988-1993).  Were there families like this in the 1960s?

I don't see anyone bringing that up.  I'm not sure if it matters.  For the most

part, the reviews are favorable.

~~  I'm trying to pretend that I have never heard of the original show.

I suppose I'll keep watching but I'm not sold on it.
