They pointed out that my front derailleur is bent and that part needs to be replaced.

If it was easily bent, I wonder if it could have been unbent.  They don't have the

part in stock and they wanted ME to get a replacement from Amazon, but then they

decided that they would order it -- if I left the bike there -- which was my

intention in the first place.
