There was no wi-fi and as I left the restaurant, I saw a McD, so I tried to use the

wi-fi there, but it wasn't available.

--   6:40p  Arrived @TownPlace Suites in Solon.

There were a few drops of rain as I got close but it was over by time I arrived.

Made it on one tank of gas and filled up with 22 mi left in tank near hotel.

I checked in and headed out immediately to meet the family for dinner.

Stephanie reported that there was a downpour when she picked up Maggie from the airport earlier.

I was able to turn the heat on.  It's 68 now and going down to 60.

The room has a fridge (which I turned off) and a microwave.  But I don't plan to use either.
