Since the dining room is closed, I stood in a numbered parking space and waited for

someone to bring out my order.  I saw her come out of the building and she seemed confused

because, looking through a construction fence covered in netting, she didn't see a car and

I don't know how well she could see me and my bike, but I waved.  After she passed the

fence, she still seemed astonished that there was a bike in the parking space.

~~  After, since the patio is  blocked, I took my food to Skippy's Gyros, which doesn't

open until 11a, and sat on their patio.

~~  Then, I went to Walgreen's to buy a sleep mask.  I got an e-mail this morning that

mentioned a coupon but I actually used another digital coupon and got $10 credit to use on

a future purchase.  Is this afternoon in the future?

I thought my phone was buzzing but there wasn't any notification.  I rewound my TiVo

and did it a 2nd time to be sure -- the annoying sound was on a promo for

"Good Morning America" -- but there didn't seem to be a reason for the sound.

First, went to Walgreen's.  I was expecting light rain to start but as soon as I walked

out of Walgreen's there was a heavy downpour.  Waited at door until it let up but it

started again before I got to car.  It had mostly stopped by time I got to the

restaurant, but, usually, there is a parking space right by the entrance, but the

strip mall parking lot was unusually crowded.

I thought about putting it in fridge for later but decided to eat it immediately.

--   6:55p  Up;  "ET";  Found 2nd fly in my house.

--   7:21p - 8:06p  Tony called to ask about the scandal with Northwestern coach but I

don't care about that issue.  He mentioned that his daughter quit her job as a waitress at

the country club because they don't allow tips.  She's already gotten another waitressing

job at a Chinese restaurant.  He also mentioned that his pastor bikes at Waterfall Glen and

I described the steep path.
