There was extremely heavy rain while I was driving on I-294 which is under construction,

but traffic was moving.  Things slowed down when I got to Harlem, and the Nagle exit was backed up.

--   4:00p  Arrived;  Dinner: burger, hot dog;  EJB never showed.

--   9:53p  Home;  Called EJB but he didn't answer.
