New sequel on Paramount+.  Frasier returns to Boston hoping to reconnect with his son,

who doesn't seem interested in doing so.

One review gave it 100, but harsh review (25) says it's "crigeworthy as you could possibly imagine".

I think it's on par with the original, but some see that as dated.

~~  The main problem in the pilot is that the reason Frasier's son is keeping a secret

from his father makes no sense.  Given that the secret comes out by the end of the episode

means that it doesn't matter anymore, but it still makes the episode seem weak.  

~~  There are 2 eps this week and I'll be able to watch 2 more before my subscription ends.
