I called it using my cell and it caused the short rings but seemed to be ringing

but my phone answering machine doesn't pickup the short rings.

Today was the day they were scheduled to come out to fix it, but they guy had

already been here on Friday.  My phone answering machine picked up on several

calls today, so I don't know it's being so flaky.  I was able to call my cell with it.
