said I'd get a free drink or side with an "order" but I didn't see that on the app.

An employee said that's with an entree.  If that's what they meant, it should have said that.

I got confirmation of the triple points, and then I got email that said a free drink or side

has been added to my rewards, but it can only be redeemed with an entree.  The original email

said the reward would be added, so it did accept the soup as an order that precipitated the

addition of the reward -- although redeeming that now clearly says with an entree -- and

their entrees are overpriced.
