Nancy drove and we first stopped off to pickup the phone charger that Carla left at surgery center. 

--   8:50a  Arrive at doctor's office.

The doctor is pleased with the condition of my eye.  He said I could drive.

I should wait a few days to bike and keep it easy, but I can use exercise bike inside.

He said I only need to use 3 drops a day although 4 might help it heal faster.

I got a text from them with the ticket number but it also had a link to try to

resolve the problem myself, but the link just went around in circles.

I went outside to wait and talked to neighbor.

--   1:17p  Tech arrived

He check the neighborhood canister and got a dial tone.

Went inside and it seems to be working.  Although he didn't find a specific problem

it seems that something must have gotten jostled in the wire canister outside.

--   1:40p  Tech finished

--   2:10p  Leaving to bring bike to shop for tune-up but mostly for shifting problems.

Neighbor helped me put it in the car and bike shop took it out.

Google Timeline failed to see that I made stop at bike shop. It frequently makes such mistakes.

They has a BOGO and I brought the 2nd one home.

--   3:15p  Home;  The AT&T guy is still parked outside my house.

I picked up the kitchen phone and there was static.  I called and got a busy signal.

I disconnected that phone and the next call went to my answering machine.

So, it seems that maybe the kitchen phone has a problem, however it worked earlier.

I told the tech and he called and got my answering machine, so he's blaming the

kitchen phone, but there still might have been something wrong in the canister outside.

Is a puzzlement!

I've been running up and down the stairs trying different configurations of phones

and I seem to reproduce the problem but then it starts working again, so I

can't figure out where the problem is.
