Had to reset password and enter confirmation codes multiple times and then it kept playing

the wrong episode.  Every time I have to watch a sequence of ads before it started and I

could see that it was the wrong episode.

--   2:30p  Finally started watching, but I wanted to turn closed-captioning on and

that took another half-hour to find out that it's not easily done (if possible at all?)
