--   2:45p  Visiting nurse arrived (on the late side).

She was very talkative, but not much seemed relevant.

She felt the need to call primary's office to check on the status of one Rx.

--   4:00p  Dinner @home: soup (Chunky sirloin burger)

--   4:30p  Retrieved mail and changed battery in garage door opener keypad.

That's all that was needed to fix it!
