I was happy to see that the weight of the food at Fresh Thyme was twice that 

as the frozen diners at Jewel but cost only 50% more, but when I started reading the box

I realized it said "keep refrigerated".  It wasn't frozen at the store, but I put it

in the freezer, so the instructions on the box did not match.  I didn't see anything

that said "do not freeze".  Anyway, it said it had 3 servings, but it was kind of a kit.

The chicken was in a sous vide bag and I had to drain the liquid first.  There was a

separate bag for the sauce.  There was no rice or veggies so I added Minute rice and

a can of string beans.
