set it up, and there only seemed to be one person who could do that and she was dealing

with 2 other customers.  One of them seemed to be 90-years-old and seemed to have a

never ending stream of questions.  I couldn't actually hear what he was asking, but

she wasn't finished with him for 40 mins.

Peacock stopped working on old phone a while ago but it seems to work on new phone,

although I only checked that the app would open -- I didn't try to stream anything yet.

it said my password was invalid, so that took a lot of extra steps.

--   7:10p  Plugged in new phone and it's charging.  I have to use the old charging block.

I had hoped a new one would have come with the phone, but you have to buy those elsewhere.

When I asked the woman if it came with a charger, I asked her to show me, and she showed

me a cord -- which she thinks it's a charger.  So I told her to charge the phone, and

she plugged it into a charging block, which she calls "a block".  I told her that "a block"

is short for "a charging block".  I don't think she believed me, but it should be

obvious that a cord is a cord!
