It seems that whenever I get a call during a nap and answer the call in my bedroom
I cannot hear anyone. I can hear the dial tone. I called it from my cell and it seems to work.

Four hrs ago I filled an ice cube tray and it successfully froze the cubes.
I finally managed to pull the fridge out -- it wasn't as difficult as the first attempts
made it seem. I expected to see coils that needed to be dusted, but there are no
visible coils. Most of the back is covered. There is a cardboard cover near the
bottom that has vent cutouts but they seem clear. It's held on with hex nuts so it
doesn't appear that the owner is meant to get in there. The fridge is 10 yrs old.

Then left to pickup new ear buds at Best Buy. While there, I took a look at the refrigerators.
Then went to dinner @BK: chicken nuggets.

I determined that the fridge noise seems to be coming from the evaporator fan
in the back of the freezer compartment. One instruction implied that you access it
from within the freezer compartment, but that doesn't seem to be true on my fridge.
