I only had to wait a minute or so for the test and I was

able to renew my license plate sticker at the office there and there was

no wait in the office -- at least to start the transaction but there was a

very talkative woman behind the counter who didn't seem to recognize

that the guy who was serving me was busy with a customer.

because I couldn't think of anywhere else to go along the way.
