one of my TiVo boxes has wrong lineup.

--   2:21p  Finished call to TiVo and they said I needed to switch from Elmhurst to Maywood.

That seems to have fixed it, but I'm worried about the implications.

--   2:36p  Finished call to TiVo regarding cancelling service on 2 boxes that haven't

been used because the fans are making noise.

--   2:50p  Tried to call Comcast back but the automated system went into a loop and hung up

on me because I couldn't tell them which credit card I have on file with them.

--   4:05p  Leaving to get dinner but first went to Comcast office.  They told me that

my head end office was Elmhurst (but it seemed difficult for them to determine that).

However, the Elmhurst & Maywood channel lineup -- at least with respect to the channels

I watch -- should be the same.  Which means TiVo obtained incorrect data from somewhere.
