--   1:00a  Up to use washroom;  I had put folding chair next to bed to help me get out of bed but

I couldn't figure out how to use it.  Managed to get up and went back to bed.

--   5:45a  Up to use washroom;  I had managed to flip around in bed to lie on stomach but

I may have aggravated injuries to do so.  Sat in recliner but couldn't get comfortable.

--   6:30a  Back to bed.

--   8:45a  Up;  Not feeling any better.

The pharmacists are on lunch break, I haven't eaten anything today at all.

Went to Jewel to shop, brought groceries home, and then went back to CVS

--   3:11p  Home;  Sitting in garage;  Talked to neighbors.

--   5:02p  Inside after letter carrier arrived and said I have no mail.
